The following can be used as short cut keys:

Home key - jump to top of page
End key - jump to bottom of page
Alt+m followed by 'Enter', show contents page
Alt+s followed by 'Enter', show strategy menu
Alt+c followed by 'Enter', show case study menu
Tab, move to next link
Enter, select link
Alt+F4, close window

Target window
